This site is owned and operated by the Collaborative Divorce Institute of Tampa Bay (the “CDITB”). Unless you are a paying member in good standing of the CDITB, no material from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the express written permission of the CDITB, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer or print one copy for your non-commercial use only, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of CDITB’s copyright and other proprietary rights. The use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment without the express written permission of the CDITB is prohibited, except that paying members of the CDITB in good standing may reproduce the materials on this website so long as (i) all copyright notices are kept intact, (ii) the material has a link back to the CDITB’s website, (iii) such use does not violate any local, state, or federal law, ordinance, or rule of professional practice, and (iv) such use does not in anyway place the CDITB or any of its members in a negative light.
